The cat ear comeback 😸
Remembering being a kid and dressing kinda… wacky?
I’m talking neon blue with zebra stripes and rainbows.
It was so fun, I totally miss that.
My little sister wore blue cheetah print cat ears every 👏single 👏day 👏 She loved them so much that they became her distinguishing feature. People knew her by it, and she probably wore those cat years for 2 years.
But as you'd expect, when elementary school came around, the cat ears came off and never came back.
But I think they should (metaphorically speaking.)
When we’re kids, we don’t think twice about what we wear or why. We’re naturally uninhibited, whimsical, and proud to be uniquely us. And when we feel empowered to be uniquely us, life starts to feel… free.
Life isn’t so serious, and most of the things we stress about don’t actually matter that much.
When we send signals to ourselves that life is fun - whether that’s wearing bright pink, butterflies, or moons - the fun falls into place
Girlhood is a huge inspiration behind my jewelry, because I think we got a lot of things right as kids.
I hope by wearing my pieces you can reconnect with your uninhibited inner child and feel free-spirited in your daily adventures.
Life is more fun when it feels like play, it's just up to us to not take things too seriously.
xx
