Getting my double mastectomy was one of the most stressful moments of my life. Not only is it a massive surgery, but we were trying to prep for it in between MRIs and biopsies. BRCA Strong sent me a care package of everything I needed for the surgery. This small act of kindness made a massive difference that makes me tear up thinking about. By giving back, I hope I can pass along the kindness to other women going through breast cancer.
