Inspiration

What did you daydream about as a kid? For me, it was growing up and falling madly in love. I was a rom-com junkie from the minute my mom let me start watching PG-13 movies. I always crushed hard on boys, hoping one of them would become my true love's prince.

As a 20-something, I should have lost hope in that daydream. Living in New York City, the men were flighty and not interested in anything serious. It had literal years of failed attempts at love, and I easily could have become bitter. But I didn't. And years later I stumbled upon my now husband, the kindest, most caring, and altruistic person I've ever met and feel so lucky to know, let alone love.
